Returns
Returns accepted up to 30 days from date of our shipment. After 30 days, we can offer an exchange for similar product up to 60 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Custom painted parts, installed parts, or modified parts are not eligible for cancellation or return once the order is placed due to this being a custom product. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and approved RMA.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

All returns are subject up to 20% restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

A minimum 10% fee restocking fee is charged for "overhead" expenses like shipping costs, packaging, etc..

Any order that has not been fulfilled within 60 days is subject to a cancellation fees up to 20%. This is applicable to custom and special order non-custom products and services.

All shipping cost is non-refundable.  We are not responsible for UPS/Fedex/USPS Brokerage or Add-On fees charged at destination.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We reserve the right to exchange for similar or like product within the returns window.  Please inquire first before making any assumptions - info@infirai.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
At the time of a return, and RMA approval, you will receive the destination address of return. As we have 4 different distribution centers, we will determine the closest one to you at the time of shipment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless item is defective.

International shipping charges do not include any import/duty fees that your country may impose on your import. We do not have visibility on these charges and when they may be imposed, this varies by country.
