Returns
Returns accepted up to 30 days from date of our shipment. After 30 days, we can offer an exchange for similar product up to 60 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Custom painted parts, installed parts, or modified parts are not eligible for cancellation or return once the order is placed due to this being a custom product. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and approved RMA.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

All returns are subject up to 20% restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

A minimum 10% fee restocking fee is charged for "overhead" expenses like shipping costs, packaging, etc..

Any order that has not been fulfilled within 60 days is subject to a cancellation fees up to 20%. This is applicable to custom and special order non-custom products and services.

All shipping cost is non-refundable.  We are not responsible for UPS/Fedex/USPS Brokerage or Add-On fees charged at destination.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We reserve the right to exchange for similar or like product within the returns window.  Please inquire first before making any assumptions - info@infirai.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
At the time of a return, and RMA approval, you will receive the destination address of return. As we have 4 different distribution centers, we will determine the closest one to you at the time of shipment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless item is defective.

International shipping charges do not include any import/duty fees that your country may impose on your import. We do not have visibility on these charges and when they may be imposed, this varies by country.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of products sold through the INFIRAI website. By accessing this website or purchasing any product from INFIRAI LLC (“INFIRAI,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our products.

1. Aftermarket Product Notice

All products sold by INFIRAI are aftermarket automotive components intended for installation on motor vehicles.

Aftermarket products may differ from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and may require specialized installation, electrical integration, or vehicle modification.

By purchasing any product from INFIRAI, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Installation may require professional mechanical or electrical knowledge

  • Improper installation may result in vehicle damage, electrical malfunction, or personal injury

  • Customer assumes full responsibility for proper installation and use of the product

INFIRAI recommends installation by a qualified professional.

2. Compliance With Local Laws

Vehicle equipment laws vary by jurisdiction. Certain lighting products may be restricted or regulated depending on local, state, or national laws.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any product purchased from INFIRAI complies with all applicable vehicle equipment laws and regulations.

INFIRAI makes no representation or warranty that any product is legal for road use in every jurisdiction.

3. Assumption of Risk

Automotive modifications inherently carry risk.

By purchasing and using any product sold by INFIRAI, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with:

  • installation

  • modification

  • electrical integration

  • vehicle operation following installation

Customer agrees that they are solely responsible for determining whether the product is appropriate for their vehicle and intended use.

4. Installation Responsibility

INFIRAI products must be installed according to applicable instructions and industry standards.

INFIRAI shall not be responsible for damages resulting from:

  • improper installation

  • installation by unqualified individuals

  • electrical modification

  • modification of the product

  • use with incompatible vehicles

  • failure to follow instructions

Labor costs, installation costs, and removal costs are not covered under any warranty.

5. Motorsport / Off-Road Use Disclaimer

Certain products sold by INFIRAI may be intended for off-road, track, or show use only.

Customer agrees that they are responsible for determining whether installation or use of the product is permitted under applicable law.

6. Product Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, INFIRAI products include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • improper installation

  • vehicle electrical issues

  • misuse or abuse

  • accidents or impacts

  • modification of the product

  • normal wear and tear

  • water intrusion due to improper installation

  • damage caused by third-party components

INFIRAI’s sole obligation under warranty is repair or replacement of the defective product at its discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INFIRAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • loss of profits

  • loss of vehicle use

  • loss of business

  • vehicle damage

  • personal injury claims

  • towing costs

  • labor costs

  • installation or removal costs

arising out of or related to the purchase, installation, or use of any product sold through this website.

In all circumstances, INFIRAI LLC’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Customer Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless INFIRAI LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and distributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

  • installation or use of any product

  • improper installation

  • vehicle damage or accident claims

  • product modification

  • resale of the product

  • violation of any law or regulation

  • representations made by the customer regarding the product

This indemnification obligation survives the purchase, use, or resale of the product.

9. Release of Liability

By purchasing and using INFIRAI products, the customer agrees to release INFIRAI LLC from any liability arising from the installation or use of the product except where such liability cannot be waived under applicable law.

10. Resale Restrictions

Products purchased from INFIRAI may not be marketed or represented as original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products.

Unauthorized modification, rebranding, or misrepresentation of INFIRAI products is prohibited.

11. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of products sold by INFIRAI shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than court litigation.

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The arbitration shall take place in the State of Colorado, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

12. Class Action Waiver

Customer agrees that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

Customer expressly waives the right to participate in any class action lawsuit against INFIRAI LLC.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and INFIRAI regarding purchases made through this website.
